Research Chem Co collects information used to confirm eligibility, operate accounts and checkout, fulfill and support orders, process payments, measure storefront use, and honor communication choices.

Business and contact

Research Chem Co is the customer-facing storefront brand of Research Chem LLC, a limited liability company with a mailing address at 4021 Indian Creek Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33140, United States. "Research Chem Co," "we," "our," and "us" in this policy refer to Research Chem LLC operating through the Research Chem Co storefront.

What we collect

When a visitor confirms eligibility, creates an account, places an order, joins an ambassador program, or contacts support, we may collect name, email address, phone number, eligibility confirmation, billing and shipping details, cart and order activity, account and order status, communication choices, and support correspondence.

The storefront also records technical and commerce events such as page views, referrers, browser or device type, approximate country-level location, cart progress, and order events. Payment-card details are entered into provider-controlled checkout fields; Research Chem Co does not store the full card number or security code in its storefront database.

How we use it

Customer data is used to confirm eligibility to shop, tie checkout to the right contact, fulfill orders, respond to product-documentation questions, and send email or SMS updates when consent has been provided.

We also use relevant records to operate accounts, prevent abuse, reconcile payments and refunds, improve storefront reliability, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. We do not use customer profiles to make therapeutic recommendations.

Service providers and data sharing

Shopify is the commerce system used for customer, cart, product, order, and fulfillment records. Any payment provider enabled for checkout processes payment information under its own terms. Resend processes email contacts, communication preferences, and storefront email delivery. Hosting, security, fulfillment, shipping, and messaging providers may process the information needed to perform their services.

Self-hosted Umami is used for aggregate storefront measurement. In the current configuration it does not set a tracking cookie or store a browser identifier. It records page and session information such as the visited route, referrer, basic browser or device details, and approximate geography.

We do not sell customer personal information. Providers receive only the data reasonably needed for the relevant payment, commerce, communication, analytics, hosting, or fulfillment function, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

SMS messaging program

Research Chem Co may send SMS messages only after a customer provides a mobile number and separately opts in to receive text messages from Research Chem Co. SMS messages may include shopping confirmations, shipment updates, product-documentation notices, customer-support replies, and opted-in storefront updates.

Message frequency varies based on shopping and order activity, typically 3-6 messages per month when subscribed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase.

Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help deliver messages may process this information only to operate the Research Chem Co messaging program.

Marketing email is optional and uses a separate, unchecked consent box. Providing an email for eligibility, checkout, an account, or transactional order communication does not by itself enroll that address in the marketing welcome series.

Retention and control

We retain account and order details only as long as they are useful for support, legally required, or needed to service customer requests. Visitors can contact support to request profile updates or deletion, subject to legal and fraud-prevention obligations.

SMS opt-in and opt-out records, including timestamps and source route where available, are retained so we can honor consent choices and carrier-compliance requirements. Reply STOP to any Research Chem Co SMS to opt out.
