Terms of Sale and Research Use

1. Business and acceptance
Research Chem Co is the customer-facing storefront of Research Chem LLC. Our current mailing address is 4021 Indian Creek Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33140, United States. By accessing the restricted catalog, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and Research Use and the Privacy, Shipping, Refund, and Research Use policies incorporated by reference.
2. Purchaser eligibility
You represent that you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and are purchasing for a legitimate laboratory, analytical, or research purpose. You must be qualified to receive, handle, store, and use the ordered material under all laws, regulations, institutional rules, and safety procedures that apply to you and your location.
3. Permitted use
Products are supplied solely for lawful laboratory and analytical research. Products are not offered for human or veterinary use or consumption; clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic, household, food, drug, cosmetic, or compounding use; or administration to any person or animal. Nothing on this storefront is medical, veterinary, legal, or laboratory-safety advice.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not purchase, resell, transfer, relabel, advertise, or use a product for a prohibited purpose; provide false purchaser, end-use, location, or payment information; use a catalog code to conceal product identity or intended use; or circumvent an order-screening, geographic, platform, carrier, or payment-provider control. You must not represent any Research Chem material as an FDA-approved drug, compounded drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, food, or product suitable for human or veterinary use.
5. Catalog identifiers and product identity
Research Chem catalog codes are internal identifiers only. They are not compendial, INN, USAN, FDA-approved, or regulatory names and do not change a material's identity or legal status. Product identity must be evaluated using the listed reference identity, CAS number where applicable, specification, label, and product- or batch-specific documentation. If any identifier conflicts, do not use the material and contact support.
6. Specifications, testing, and documentation
Only the specifications and results stated in the documentation applicable to the shipped product or batch are represented. A catalog listing, generic report, or internal code does not establish purity, identity, sterility, suitability, safety, efficacy, regulatory status, or fitness for a particular method or purpose. Documentation availability and format vary by product and batch. Contact info@researchchem.co with the order number for a documentation request.
7. Order review and refusal
All orders are offers to purchase and remain subject to identity, age, end-use, location, sanctions, fraud, inventory, payment, carrier, and compliance review. We may request reasonable information, refuse service, limit quantities, cancel an order, restrict an account, or report suspected unlawful activity when appropriate. An order confirmation does not obligate us to fulfill an order that fails review.
8. Prices and payment
Prices, taxes, available payment methods, shipping charges, and the final total are shown before order placement. You authorize the selected payment provider to process the displayed amount. Catalog codes and research-use statements must not be used to misdescribe a product to a bank, card network, processor, platform, carrier, regulator, or customer.
9. Shipping, inspection, and issues
Available shipping services, geographic restrictions, and estimates are shown at checkout or in the Shipping Policy. Carrier dates are estimates, not guarantees. Inspect the shipment promptly. Keep the packaging, label, product, and documentation and contact info@researchchem.co with the order number and photographs if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with conflicting identifiers. Resolution is governed by the posted Refund Policy and applicable law.
10. Safety and purchaser responsibility
You are solely responsible for lawful acquisition, qualified personnel, facilities, risk assessment, personal protective equipment, storage, handling, containment, recordkeeping, waste disposal, and any required licenses, registrations, or approvals. Do not rely on storefront copy as a substitute for the applicable safety data, specification, institutional procedure, or professional advice.
11. No medical or performance claims
References to a compound, CAS number, publication, pathway, or research topic do not recommend use, establish efficacy, or imply that a product is approved, safe, effective, sterile, or suitable for a person or animal. Product images are illustrative catalog depictions unless expressly identified as photographs of the shipped batch.
12. Accounts and communications
You are responsible for the accuracy and security of account and checkout information. Transactional messages may be sent to complete account, order, fraud-prevention, compliance, shipping, and support functions. Marketing email or SMS requires separate consent where applicable and can be withdrawn through the stated opt-out method.
13. Intellectual property
The Research Chem name, catalog system, site design, text, graphics, and product imagery may not be copied, scraped, republished, or used to imply endorsement or affiliation except as allowed by law or written permission. Third-party names are used only for truthful identification or reference and remain the property of their owners.
14. Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the storefront and products are provided without warranties beyond any express written specification applicable to the shipped product. We do not disclaim rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation-of-liability, indemnity, governing-law, venue, arbitration, or class-action provision must be approved by counsel for Research Chem LLC before publication.
15. Changes and contact
