Research Use Policy

Restricted-use policy. Research Chem Co materials are supplied solely for lawful laboratory and analytical research. They are not offered for human or veterinary use.

Purchaser requirements

Purchasers must be at least 21 years old, legally able and qualified to receive the material, and acting for a legitimate laboratory, analytical, or research purpose. The purchaser is responsible for all laws, licenses, registrations, institutional approvals, facilities, personnel, risk assessments, storage, handling, containment, recordkeeping, and waste disposal that apply to the order and destination.

Prohibited uses

Products may not be used for human or animal consumption; clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic, household, food, drug, cosmetic, or compounding purposes; administration to a person or animal; or any unlawful activity. Research Chem does not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, clinical, or medical guidance.

Catalog codes and identity

Research Chem catalog codes are internal identifiers only. They are not compendial, INN, USAN, FDA-approved, or regulatory nomenclature and do not change a material's identity or legal status. Reference identity, CAS number where applicable, label, specification, and product- or batch-specific documentation must be reviewed together. Codes must never be used to conceal product identity or end use from a customer, bank, processor, platform, carrier, regulator, or other party.

No medical or performance claims

A compound name, catalog code, CAS number, publication, pathway, or research topic does not establish safety, efficacy, sterility, approval, suitability, or fitness for any person, animal, method, or purpose. Nothing on the storefront is medical, veterinary, legal, or laboratory-safety advice.

Documentation

Only specifications and results stated in documentation applicable to the shipped material or batch are represented. A generic report or product image is not proof of identity, purity, sterility, regulatory status, or suitability. Contact info@researchchem.co with the order number to request available product- and batch-specific records.

Order screening

Research Chem may request end-use or purchaser information and may limit, refuse, or cancel an order that raises safety, fraud, sanctions, geographic, payment, carrier, or compliance concerns. Entry through the age/research gate is an acknowledgment, not proof that a transaction is lawful or approved.
