The brand name shown in the opt-in form ("Research Chem Co") and the brand registered with the carrier are the same business.

Program purpose

The Research Chem Co SMS program sends opted-in customers eligibility confirmations, shipment updates, product-document availability notices, customer-support replies, and a short welcome thread that links to publicly published buying guides on https://researchchem.co.

Messages concern the Research Chem Co storefront, account, orders, support, or content the customer explicitly opted in to receive. Products are for laboratory research use only, and messages do not advertise or arrange consumer therapeutic use.

How customers opt in

Opt-in is collected only on Research Chem Co web forms through a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default. The checkbox identifies Research Chem Co, describes the message categories and frequency, discloses that message and data rates may apply, states that consent is optional and not required to purchase, explains HELP and STOP, and links to the Privacy Policy and Terms.

Frequency, rates, opt-out

Message frequency varies, typically 3-6 messages per month per opted-in customer. Frequency tracks shopping and order activity, not promotional cadence.

Message and data rates may apply. The customer's mobile carrier sets those rates; Research Chem Co does not.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL to any Research Chem Co message. Customers will receive one final confirmation that they have been unsubscribed.
