Research Chem Co is the customer-facing storefront brand of Research Chem LLC, a limited liability company with a mailing address at 4021 Indian Creek Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33140, United States. "Research Chem Co," "we," "our," and "us" in this policy refer to Research Chem LLC operating through the Research Chem Co storefront.

When a visitor confirms eligibility, creates an account, places an order, starts or manages a subscription, joins an ambassador program, or contacts support, we may collect name, email address, phone number, eligibility confirmation, billing and shipping details, cart and order activity, account and subscription status, communication choices, and support correspondence.

The storefront also records limited technical and commerce measurements such as normalized page categories, aggregate referrers, basic browser or device type, approximate country-level location, and coarse checkout progress. Analytics does not receive form text, raw query strings, password-reset tokens, payment-session identifiers, customer contact details, or product, cart, order, fulfillment, tracking, or subscription identifiers. Payment-card details are entered into Stripe-controlled payment fields; Research Chem Co does not store the full card number or security code in its storefront database.

Customer data is used to confirm eligibility to shop, tie checkout to the right contact, fulfill orders, respond to product-documentation questions, and send email or SMS updates when consent has been provided.

We also use relevant records to operate accounts and subscriptions, prevent abuse, reconcile payments and refunds, improve storefront reliability, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. We do not use customer profiles to make therapeutic recommendations.

Medusa is the commerce system used for customer, cart, product, order, fulfillment, and subscription-linked records. Stripe processes payment and recurring-billing information. Resend processes email contacts, communication preferences, and storefront email delivery. Hosting, security, fulfillment, shipping, and messaging providers may process the information needed to perform their services.

Self-hosted Umami is used for cookieless aggregate storefront measurement. The tracker is restricted to Research Chem Co domains, honors browser Do Not Track signals, excludes query strings and URL fragments, removes page titles, and normalizes product, order, content, and other dynamic paths before sending. It does not set a tracking cookie or store a persistent browser identifier.

Optional PostHog journey analytics is off until a visitor turns on Anonymous analytics in the storefront footer. When allowed, PostHog receives only manually defined events with coarse categories or value ranges. Autocapture, automatic page views, session replay, heatmaps, surveys, performance collection, automatic exception collection, person profiles, and geolocation enrichment are disabled. The storefront does not identify visitors to PostHog or send names, contact details, business identifiers, product interests, raw URLs, referrers, titles, form text, or raw error messages.

We do not sell customer personal information. Providers receive only the data reasonably needed for the relevant payment, commerce, communication, analytics, hosting, or fulfillment function, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Research Chem Co may send SMS messages only after a customer provides a mobile number and separately opts in to receive text messages from Research Chem Co. SMS messages may include shopping confirmations, shipment updates, product-documentation notices, customer-support replies, and opted-in storefront updates.

Message frequency varies based on shopping and order activity, typically 3-6 messages per month when subscribed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase.

Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help deliver messages may process this information only to operate the Research Chem Co messaging program.

Marketing email is optional and uses a separate, unchecked consent box. Providing an email for eligibility, checkout, an account, or transactional order communication does not by itself enroll that address in the marketing welcome series.

We retain account and order details only as long as they are useful for support, legally required, or needed to service customer requests. Visitors can contact support to request profile updates or deletion, subject to legal and fraud-prevention obligations.

SMS opt-in and opt-out records, including timestamps and source route where available, are retained so we can honor consent choices and carrier-compliance requirements. Reply STOP to any Research Chem Co SMS to opt out.

The optional storefront analytics preference is separate from email and SMS choices. It is off by default and can be changed at any time through the Anonymous analytics control in the storefront footer. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals keep optional analytics off regardless of any earlier choice. Turning it off stops PostHog event collection and disables PostHog browser persistence for future activity.
