What we collect
When a visitor creates an account, places an order, or submits a support request, we may collect name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping details, order activity, and the basic device or browser information needed to keep the storefront secure.
We also maintain catalog-view and commerce events that help us understand demand, measure conversion, and improve the buying path.
How we use it
Customer data is used to authenticate access to the gated catalog, tie checkout to the right account, fulfill orders, respond to COA or batch-detail questions, and send email or SMS updates when consent has been provided.
We do not claim medical use, and we do not use profile data to make therapeutic recommendations.

SMS messaging program
Research Chem Co may send SMS messages only after a customer provides a mobile number and separately opts in to receive text messages from Research Chem Co. SMS messages may include account alerts, shipment updates, batch-documentation or COA support, customer-support replies, and a limited welcome thread about supplier documentation standards.
Message frequency varies based on account and order activity, typically 3-6 messages per month when subscribed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase or use the storefront.
Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help deliver messages may process this information only to operate the Research Chem Co messaging program.
Retention and control
We retain account and order details only as long as they are useful for support, legally required, or needed to service customer requests. Visitors can contact support to request profile updates or deletion, subject to legal and fraud-prevention obligations.
SMS opt-in and opt-out records, including timestamps and source route where available, are retained so we can honor consent choices and carrier-compliance requirements. Reply STOP to any Research Chem Co SMS to opt out.
