Shipping
Shipping and fulfillment expectations.
Orders are packed for laboratory handling and routed through the shipping methods shown at checkout. Handling windows and documentation timing may vary by product format.
Fulfillment window
Most in-stock products begin fulfillment after payment clears and account details are verified. Orders containing backordered items may ship in a later batch window or be split depending on inventory planning.
Lyophilization and transit handling
Compounds in the standard catalog are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and shelf-stable at ambient for the duration of a tracked domestic transit window. Vials are sealed and packed in foil-lined mailers; orders dispatch on a tracked carrier the same business day where possible. If a SKU ever requires refrigerated transit, the product page will state that explicitly and the shipping method will reflect it.
Storage guidance shown on product pages should be treated as directional; the per-batch storage card included with each shipment is the most specific reference for storage temperature, reconstitution, and post-reconstitution shelf life.
Optional shipping protection
Checkout may offer optional shipping protection for carrier loss, damage, or exception review. If selected, the protection line is shown before payment so the order total is transparent.
Shipping protection does not change research-use positioning or batch documentation. It only adds a shipment-support path for carrier-related issues.
